Jürgen Moors has been at the forefront of operations, innovation and the digitalization for over 20 years. He has been active in the asset intensive industries for all that time in different managerial roles and with different companies like Bayer, Pfizer and BASF.​ Jurgen himself was a very successful digital intrapreneur @ BASF Antwerp in Belgium, where he learned and perfected and lived this skillset: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Shc1RzRdH-8. His solution based approach, supported him in his search for the solutions that could assist him, his team or his company to drive operational efficiency forward. In the digitization, he found a way to take leaps instead of always small steps. He had never been afraid to lead with example and make himself wet in the river of digitization and innovation. And so he became a co-founder of Aloxy.io, a company developing IoT sensor solutions for the asset intensive industry; for over 6 yeas he was a board member of SPRINT Robotics an organization to drive the development and adoption of robotic solutions in the process industry; he is owner and founder of Jürgenmoors.com, that supports the development of digital intrapreneurs via trainings, coaching and consulting and finally he is co-founder of Chenext technologies, a company that develops extended reality solutions for the whole life cycle of assets.​
As an intrapreneur business consultant, Xolani is a co-founder at a South African-based company Intrapreneurship Factory https://intrafactory.web.app/index.html where he helps SMEs and Corporates to transform employees into intrapreneurs, and coach top/middle-level management teams to create intrapreneurship strategy, culture, and organizational structures. IntraFactory clients include RCS (South African subsidiary French bank BNP Paribas), Cape Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Tsiba Ignition, and several SMEs.​ Xolani is an accredited Intrapreneur Business Coach, trained & certified by the Global Intrapreneurs Institute (Australia), and has received innovation & intrapreneurship training offered by Studio Zao (London, England). He holds a PhD in Business Strategy with a focus on strategic change between Corporate Entrepreneurship & Acquisitions, awarded by Tilburg University (Netherlands). He is an intrapreneurship honorary fellow at Global Intrapreneur Institute https://gii.institute/honorary-fellows/, and teach Corporate Entrepreneurship, and New Business Development at Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University, Netherlands). At JIP https://www.jointinterdisciplinaryproject.nl/ I coach a team of students from Engineering (TU Delft) and Business School (RSM) to create impact innovations for real-world companies operating in engineering & manufacturing sectors.
